Each shed package includes…

2’x4’ frame on 2’ centers with 6’3” height at eaves and 7’6” min. at ridge
7/16” OSB on all walls and roof
In-swing 6 panel steel entry door/trim primed white
Shingle roof with choice of 3 colors - Black, White, Brown
Vinyl siding with multiple color options
Aluminium trim on fascia and soffit
Shed is installed on owner provided concrete pad (or, for an upcharge, we'll pour your pad or create an attached wood floor)
